Spa Reviews
₱1,200–₱5,000
The Spa Wellness at Greenbelt 5 is genuinely the best massage experience in Makati. We visited four times over six months, and the quality was consistently exceptional. The therapists are ISPA-certified and it shows — they understand anatomy, adjust pressure intuitively, and communicate throughout the session. The Swedish massage (₱1,800 for 60 min) is the benchmark for the Philippines. The facility is immaculate: private rooms, quality linens, premium oils, and a relaxation lounge with complimentary tea. The only downside is the price — but for what you get, it's justified. Booking is essential, especially on weekends.

Cons
Verdict: The best luxury massage in Makati. Worth every peso for special occasions.
₱800–₱3,500
Taipei Spa is unique in Makati — and possibly in all of Metro Manila. The fully enclosed private rooms are a genuine differentiator. We visited at 2 AM on a Tuesday and the service was as professional as a weekday afternoon. The Taiwanese-style massage is firm and thorough. The on-site restaurant is a nice touch for late-night visits. Rooms range from standard (₱800) to VIP suite (₱3,500). The standard rooms are clean and functional; the VIP suites are genuinely luxurious. The 24-hour operation is the main draw — if you need massage at any hour, this is your only real option in Makati.
Pros
Cons
Verdict: The best 24-hour massage in Makati. Unmatched for privacy and late-night access.
₱800–₱2,000
The Mandara Spa is the best mid-range spa in Makati. The Balinese massage (₱900 for 60 min) is the standout treatment — authentic technique, quality Balinese oils, and a therapist who clearly knows what they're doing. The CBD location is convenient for office workers. The facility is professional and clean, if not as luxurious as The Spa Wellness. The couples package (₱2,000 for 60 min) is excellent value. We've visited six times and the quality has been consistent. The main limitation is availability — popular time slots book out quickly.

Cons
Verdict: The best mid-range spa in Makati. Excellent value for the quality delivered.
₱250–₱700
Nuat Thai is the best budget massage in Makati, full stop. The Thai massage (₱250 for 60 min) is genuine — not a watered-down version. Therapists are trained in traditional technique and apply appropriate pressure. The facilities are basic but clean. Multiple locations across Makati mean there's usually one nearby. Walk-ins are always welcome. The foot reflexology (₱300 for 60 min) is particularly good. Don't expect luxury — but for ₱250, you get a real, effective massage. The best value in Makati.
Pros
Cons
Verdict: The best budget massage in Makati. Unbeatable value at ₱250.
